This week's menu...

Good morning!  Happy Monday!  I'm keeping it short for now, but this is what will be on or plates this week...

Monday:  spatchcocked chicken, baked potatoes and zuchini

Tuesday:  quinoa chowder and spinach salad (just yer standard recipe...  spinach, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, Italian vinaigrette...  YUM)

Wednesday:  pork chops with potatoes and peas

Thursday:  summer spaghetti

Friday:  pizza night

Saturday:  hamburgers, oven fries and roasted Brussles sprouts with sriracha aioli  (I like to toss in some broccoli, too...  'cause roasted broccoli is ahhhmazing)  

Sunday:  leftovers (or go out?)

...I don't expect this week's shopping to be quite as money-saving as last week's trip, however, a good chunk of our cash will be going towards what Caputo's calls "Angelo's signature BIG bundle, BIG savings"...  I'll be getting a total of 20 lbs. of meat for $40!!!  So yeah, this should help to reduce the cost of future shopping trips.  

Hopefully I'll be back with some organizing stuff for y'all soon....ish.
